About the therapist:

I became interested in massage therapy after a car accident in 2000 left me in chronic pain. My doctor tried various pain medications and alternative therapies but nothing changed my pain level. She suggested Neuromuscular Therapy and I agreed to give it a try. At first the massages were painful and left me in more pain. I would start to feel better the day of my next appointment. After 18 months of bi-weekly massages I was beginning to feel better and was able to return to work part-time. Then the therapists sold their practice and moved out of state. I was so devastated having to give up my weekly appointments that I decided I would go to massage school; learn to give massages and teach my husband how to work on me. Unfortunately, he did not share my vision. I realized how rewarding therapeutic massage was when my friends & family would recover from injuries after I worked on them.

Each massage is customized to the individual and can include any of the following: Swedish Massage, Rotator Cuff Protocol, Assisted Stretches, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Positional Release.

Certified and registered Reflexology - $15 for 15 minutes ...$25 for 30 (Essential oils are used with this service too)
Hair feathers - $10 each 2 for $18 these are salon grade grizzly that you treat like hair can be curled or flat ironed
Ionic Detox footbath- $15 for 15 min minimum...can be up to an hour. Ionic detox foot bath is a wellness tool that accelerates the release of impurities in the body. The foot bath is pure water and the coil array creates the ions increase the let down the that the waste can be seen ....orange is inflammation waste. Black specs are metals, red specks blood waste. I have clients that have found benefit from headaches, arthritis, irritable bowl to allergies. Naturally you eliminate 30% of your bodys waste through your skin. You feel relaxed afterward. I will be able to do up to four people at one sitting....people come together and have detox races.
